New Valentine Items at Dollar Tree Shop with Me and What I Got for Upcoming Projects!!

Hello sweet friends ~ I was out and about recently and stopped-by another Dollar Tree in a neighboring town.  I was on the hunt for some of the new this year items I’ve seen in a few of my favorite blogger’s posts.  Specifically some valentine trucks.  Sadly, that neighboring store didn’t have them either BUT I’m still hopeful to find some this year.  I was delighted with some old favorites and new items as well.   See what I picked up below the shop with me….

 

Here are some of my favorites…..

 

This bag is just the CUTEST!  I love the car with heart on top of the roof.  

 

 

The ribbon is cute too.  I only buy the 5/8″ ribbon at Dollar Tree because I haven’t had good luck with the larger ribbon.  It’s a bit too flimsy for me.  🙁 

 

 

The 5/8″ red/white gingham is my favorite, of course! 

 

The signs are cute.  Some are new this year as well as a few old favorites from years past.  I love that DT brings signs we love back for a few years. 

 

 

 

Gift bags can be so expensive so it’s very budget friendly to buy them at the DT….and they come in cute designs.  

 

 

 

Cute little mailboxes that can be used for little notes, a sweet treat or valentine exchange cards. 

 

 

 

 

The valentine flowers are so sweet including roses, pink and red foam glittery hears and white accent picks. 

 

 

….and the cards!  What can I say about these sweet, very expensive looking cards.  At a buck each – you can’t beat that! 

 

 

Here is what I picked up this shopping trip:

 

 

I’m planning to make a 2 or 3-tier tray using these items.  White dinner plates (I picked up 2), a smaller plate, like a salad plate, and 2 candle sticks.  One is a bit taller than the other.  I also picked up a bowl and am thinking about making a candy bowl Valentine decor out of that.  

 

Like some of this yummy candy I picked up….hmmm…don’t go to the Dollar Tree when you’re hungry.  🙂 

 

…..AND…of course I had to go home with one of these super cute tote bags with this awesome CAR with heart on top!!

CUTE ribbon, table scatter and a mailbox.  This is the larger size mailbox for sweet little notes. 

 

 

 

Little mirrors (when I took the picture I didn’t realize the air vent was showing.) – lol I thought it was a sticker at first and wondered what was on my mirror.  ha! 

 

This shadow boxes are a new item at the DT!
