Apple Enchiladas Perfect for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner |

serve it for breakfast, brunch or after-dinner dessert.
- flour tortillas
- 1 can apple pie filling (you can use peach or cherry)
- margarine
- 1¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- cinnamon
- Grease 9x13-inch pan.
- cut tortillas into 3-4 strips
- put about 1 tsp. pie filling in each strip
- sprinkle with cinnamon
- roll and placed in greased pan.
- bring sugar and water to rolling boil
- pour over tortillas
- pat with margarine
- bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly
