Apple Enchiladas Perfect for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner

Ingredients
  • flour tortillas
  • 1 can apple pie filling (you can use peach or cherry)
  • margarine
  • 1¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Grease 9x13-inch pan.
  2. cut tortillas into 3-4 strips
  3. put about 1 tsp. pie filling in each strip
  4. sprinkle with cinnamon
  5. roll and placed in greased pan.
  6. bring sugar and water to rolling boil
  7. pour over tortillas
  8. pat with margarine
  9. bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly
