Spanish Skillet Supper

This one pot meal is delicious to serve anytime of the year. Serve with cornbread, on flour tortillas or with tortilla chips.
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 pkg. Spanish rice
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup chunky picante sauce
  • shredded cheese
Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef in skillet with chopped onion and minced garlic, drain.
  2. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  3. Add ranch style beans, corn, picante sauce and rice and combine well, heating thoroughly.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Serve on flour tortillas, with cornbread or tortilla chips.
  6. Freezes well.
